Resumo
O objetivo deste trabalho é analisar a atuação das ONGs transnacionais junto ao sistema interamericano de direitos humanos, especificamente a Corte Interamericana de Direitos Humanos, órgão jurisdicional da Organização dos Estados Americanos que tem como função julgar os Estados-partes quando estes afrontarem o disposto na Convenção Americana de Direitos Humanos. A presente pesquisa pode contribuir para o desenvolvimento de conhecimentos sobre esses atores globais, os quais, a cada dia, adquirem maior influência, tanto na ordem nacional como na internacional, proposta pelo fenômeno da globalização não só econômica, mas social.
Abstract
The aim of this study is to analyze the actions of transnational NGOs with the American system of human rights, specifically the Inter-American Court of Human Rights, the court of the Organization of American States, whose function is to judge the States Parties when they blasphemed the provisions of the Convention American Human Rights. This research may contribute to the development of knowledge about these global players, who, every day acquire greater influence in both the national and the international order, proposed by the phenomenon of economic and social globalization.
