Resumo
A pesquisa tem como objetivo analisar o Sistema de Avaliação adotado pelo Centro Paula Souza, vinculado à Secretaria de Desenvolvimento Econômico, Ciência e Tecnologia do estado de São Paulo, mais especificamente às Faculdades de Tecnologia (FATECs). Tomando-se como referência a Faculdade de Tecnologia Professor Wilson Roberto Ribeiro de Camargo – Fatec Tatuí analisa-se a influência, por meio do levantamento dos dados de eficiência (Processo), eficácia (Produto) e efetividade (Benefício), criados pelo seu Sistema de Avaliação Institucional – SAI, com vistas à melhoria da educação na unidade escolar. Para tanto, recorre-se à reconstituição histórica das transformações na organização do trabalho articuladas ao surgimento dos cursos técnicos e tecnológicos articulada à evolução dos sistemas produtivos e à opção política de formação da força de trabalho por meio das escolas técnicas/tecnológicas. Da mesma forma, recorre-se às origens do sistema de avaliação, a fim de compreender seu delineamento na atualidade. A análise, de caráter documental e bibliográfico, concentrou-se no período de 2007 a 2011 e sobre os dados resultantes da aplicação de questionários do referido Sistema junto à comunidade escolar – alunos, professores, coordenadores, funcionários técnicos administrativos.
Abstract
This research has the objective to analyze the assessment system used by Centro Paula Souza, bound by Secretaria de Desenvolvimento Econômico, Ciência e Tecnologia do estado de São Paulo, specifically at the Tecnology Colleges (FATECs). Taking as a reference the Technology College Professor Wilson Roberto Ribeiro de Camargo – Fatec Tatuí, the influence, was analyzed, by data collection on efficiency (Process), efficacy (Product) and effectiveness (Benefit), created by its Institutional Assessment System – SAI, so as to the improvement of the education in the school unit. To do so, a historical reconstitution of the modifications in the organization of the work articulated to the arisen of the technical and technological courses, to the evolution of the productive systems and to the political option of the workforce formation through technical/technological schools has been used. In the same way, the origins of the assessment system have been resorted, in order to understand its delineation today. The analysis, a documentary and bibliographical work, comprised the period from 2007 to 2011, is the data resulting from the questionnaires given about the referred System together with the school community – students, professors, coordinators and technical-administrative staff.
