Resumo
O presente trabalho teve como objeto de investigação o tema Paz e a sua possibilidade de discussão no ambiente escolar. Ao longo da história, o termo paz foi utilizado tanto no caráter simbólico (relacionado às religiões, crenças e culturas) como literário, através dos mais variados conceitos criados, remetendo a paz a vários significados e sentidos, dentre eles, pesquisas acadêmicas utilizando o termo “educação para a paz” ou “educação e paz”, que busca discutir a paz cientificamente. Essas duas dimensões (simbólica e científica) contemplam o que chamamos de “Cultura da Paz”. Questionamo-nos a respeito do seguinte problema: como abordar a temática da paz no ambiente escolar? O objetivo deste trabalho foi interpretar os diversos significados atribuídos à paz, e esboçar caminhos para sua discussão no ambiente escolar. A pesquisa se pautou em coleta de dados bibliográficos, análise, reflexão e interpretação, com embasamento teórico na hermenêutica de Paul Ricoeur, objetivando analisar e interpretar os diversos sentidos e significados sobre a Paz e apontar sua relevância e possibilidade na esfera/âmbito da educação.
Abstract
The present work was under investigation the theme Peace and the possibility of discussion in the school environment . Throughout history , the term was used in both peace symbolic character (related to religions , beliefs and cultures ) as literary, by a variety of concepts created by referring peace to various meanings and senses , among them , using the term academic research " peace education " or " education and peace ," which discusses peace scientifically. These two dimensions ( symbolic and scientific ) comprise what we call the " Culture of Peace " . We wondered about the following problem : how to address the issue of peace in the school environment ? The objective of this study was to interpret the various meanings attributed to peace , and outline avenues for discussion in the school environment . The research was based on bibliographic data collection , analysis, reflection and interpretation , with theoretical grounding in hermeneutics of Paul Ricoeur , aiming to analyze and interpret the various meanings of the Peace and pointing their relevance and ability on the ball / sphere of education.
