Resumo
Nosso objetivo, com o desenvolvimento dessa dissertação, foi verificar qual o grau de
entendimento que o aluno ingressante nos cursos de Graduação em Educação Física
possui sobre as questões referentes a Lazer/Recreação, do ponto de vista conceitual, de
mercado de trabalho e de atuação profissional, e quais seriam as modificações ocorridas
durante o curso, com relação a essas concepções, comparativamente ao ingresso, ao
final e na atuação no mercado de trabalho. Para a pesquisa desenvolvida, utilizamos a
combinação de pesquisa bibliográfica, documental e de campo. A pesquisa bibliográfica
foi desenvolvida junto ao Sistema de Bibliotecas da Universidade Metodista de
Piracicaba (Unimep), a partir das palavras-chave: lazer, recreação, mercado de
trabalho, formação e atuação profissional. Para as pesquisas documental e de campo
foi selecionada uma cidade do interior do estado de São Paulo, de médio porte, com
Instituição de Ensino Superior (IEP) particular, com curso de Educação Física.
Configurou-se, assim, um estudo de caso. A amostra foi estabelecida de forma não
probabilística, por critérios de representatividade e acessibilidade. A pesquisa
documental foi realizada junto à Instituição de Ensino e Pesquisa definida por critérios
de representatividade e acessibilidade, e às Organizações que desenvolvem atividades
na área de Lazer/ Recreação, onde os profissionais formados por essa IEP atuam,
englobando Projeto Pedagógico e Programas das disciplinas, no primeiro caso, e
Políticas, Planejamentos e Programações, no segundo. A pesquisa de campo foi
realizada junto à IEP e aos mesmos locais (clubes e hotel) onde os documentos foram
levantados e configurou-se como um estudo de caso, uma vez que os profissionais são
egressos da IEP. Como técnicas de coleta foram aplicados questionários para os alunos
ingressantes e concluintes da IEP e para os profissionais das Organizações que
desenvolvem ações na área da Recreação e Lazer. Preservamos o nome da cidade, para
não identificação das organizações, devido ao compromisso assumido, quando da
realização da pesquisa. A análise documental, tanto na Instituição formadora
(Instituição de Ensino e Pesquisa), quanto nas organizações ligadas ao mercado de
trabalho (Clubes e Hotel), demonstrou uma percepção não atualizada do
Lazer/Recreação, comparativamente à teoria, analisada na pesquisa bibliográfica. O
entendimento que o aluno ingressante tem da área é o do senso comum, com algumas
especificidades da realidade da sua cidade (atividades efetivamente realizadas, limitação
de entendimento, etc.). Não foram verificadas alterações significativas
comparativamente aos concluintes, porém demonstraram um entendimento mais ligado
ao mercado profissional, ainda assim limitado e restrito, quase sempre à função de
monitoria (atendimento direto à população) e, sobretudo, ao setor privado (também
relacionado à realidade local). Quanto aos profissionais, o entendimento permanece
limitado, ainda que mais articulado, e sem a percepção da possibilidade de
“desenvolvimento” do Lazer/Recreação. Tanto entre os alunos, quanto entre os
profissionais houve poucas respostas preocupadas com o conhecimento específico sobre
a área, o que nos fez enfatizar a importância da relação teoria/prática como condição
para superação do “tarefismo”.
Abstract
Our objective, with the development of this lecture, was to verify that the degree of
understanding that the entering pupil in the courses of Graduation in Physic Education
possess on the questions referents the Leisure /Recreation , point of view conceptual, of
work market and professional actuation, and that would be the modifications occurred
during the course, with relation the these conceptions, comparatively to enter, at the end
and in the actuation in work market. Of research developed, we use a combination of
bibliographic, documental and field research. The bibliographic research was developed
with raising to Libraries Systems of Piracicaba Methodist University (UNIMEP), since
of key words: leisure, recreation, work market, formation and actuation professional. To
the documental and field researches were selected a interior city of São Paulo state, of
port middle, with Superior Teach Instituition (STI) private, with course of Physic
Education. Configured itself, so, a study of case. The sample was established of form
unprobabilistic by criterions of representativity and accessibility. The documental
research was realized together to the instituition of Teach and Research defined by
criterions of representativity and accessibility, and to the Organizations that develop
activities in the area of Leisure/Recreation, where the formed professionals by this STI
act, including Pedagogic Project and Programms of grades, in the first case, and
Politics, Planning and Programmations, in the second. The field research was realized
together to the Instituition of Teach and Research and the same local (Clubs / Hotel)
when the documents were gotten and configured itself as a case´s study, instead the
professionals are egressos of STI. As techniques of colet were applied questionaires to
the entering and concluding pupils of STI and to the Organizations professionals that
develop actions in the area of Leisure/Recreation. We preserve the name of city, for not
identification of organization, due to the assumed promise, when of research realization.
The documental analyse, as in the formader instituition (Teach and Research
Instituition), as in the organizations joined to the work market (Clubs and Hotel),
demonstrated a perception not updated of Leisure/Recreation, comparatively to the
theory, analysed in the bibliographic research. The understanding that the entering pupil
has of area is the commum sense, with some specifity of reality of your city (activities
effectively realized, understanding limitation, i.c.). Were not verified significative
alterations comparatively to the concluding, however demonstrated a understanding
more joined to professional market, still like this, limited and restricted, almost always,
to the functions of monitory (direct attending to the population) and above, to the
private sector (also maked to local reality). So to the professionals, the understanding
stay limited, still that more articuled, and without the perception of possibility
“development” of Leisure/ Recreation . As among the pupils as among the professionals
there were few answers preoccupied with the specific knowledge on the area, what us
did to emphasize the importance of theory /practice relationship as condition to
superation of “tarefismo”.
