Resumo
No âmbito das atividades industriais, as indústrias moveleiras possuem grande representatividade no cenário nacional. Entretanto, os processos produtivos das referidas indústrias necessitam ainda buscar subsídios que auxiliem na melhoria dos resultados. Portanto este trabalho apresenta um estudo sobre a racionalização de processo na fabricação de roupeiros laminados e impressos na indústria moveleira, especificamente em uma indústria de móveis situada ao norte do estado do Espírito Santo, no município de Linhares. Pretende-se estudar os fatores considerados críticos para o processo produtivo, visando reduzir necessidades de transporte, parada de equipamentos, movimentação e prazo de entrega. Na pesquisa destacam-se os princípios da manufatura enxuta para o controle de desperdícios utilizados pelo pesquisador como suporte para o trabalho, bem como a participação dos colaboradores do processo produtivo no levantamento dos dados para a pesquisa. Os princípios utilizados para o desenvolvido do trabalho foram adotados e aperfeiçoados, sendo feito às adaptações necessárias para atender as dinâmicas da empresa em flexibilizar seus processos produtivos de forma a atender a demanda de mercado. As informações foram conseguidas através dos apontamentos diários de produção, modelados pelo PPCP. Como contribuição prática o estudo em questão visa também ampliar o cabedal de conhecimentos sobre o setor moveleiro, em virtude de o mesmo estar se projetando como um dos grandes pilares da economia capixaba.
Abstract
In the scope of the industrial activities, the furniture industries possess big representatively in the national scenario. However, the productive process of them referred industries need still seek subsidies that help in the improvement of the results. Therefore this work presents a study about the rationalization of process in the manufacturing of wardrobes laminated and printed in the furniture industry, specifically in an industry of furniture situated in the north of Espirito Santo state, in the city of Linhares. It intends to study the factors considered critics for the productive process, aiming at reduce needs of transport, stopped equipment, movement and delivery time. In the research appears itself the beginnings of the dried manufacture for the waste control utilized by the researcher as bears for the work, like well as the participation of the collaborators of the productive process in the facts for the research. The beginnings utilized for him developed of the work were adopted and optimized, being deed to the necessary adaptations for attend the dynamics of the company in loosen his productive process of attend the demand of market. The information’s were obtained across of the daily annotations, modeled by the PPCP. As practical contribution the study in question also is going to extend the wealth of knowledge about the furniture sector, in virtue of the even be being projected like one of the big pillars of the capixaba economy.
