Resumo
O capital intelectual é um diferencial para as organizações num universo
empresarial no qual buscam novas estratégias para a competitividade através
do seu ativo intangível. A gestão estratégica desses ativos, na organização, foi
proposta pela avaliação dos indicadores do capital intelectual. A metodologia
utilizada foi de estudo de caso em uma agroindústria para aplicar o modelo de
STEWART que foi analisado pelo navegador do capital intelectual. Com a
utilização do navegador foram analisados o capital de cliente, estrutura e
humano da empresa, observando a direção na qual a empresa se encontra e
propor novas estratégias para a sua sobrevivência com base no ativo
intangível.
Abstract
The intellectual capital is a differential for the organizations in business universe
which they search for new strategies for the competitiveness through its
intangible asset. The strategical management of these assets in the
organization was presented by the evaluation of the intellectual capital pointers.
The methodology used case study in a agriculture industry to apply the
STEWART model that was analyzed by the intellectual capital navigator. With
the use of the navigator the customer capital and structure and human being of
the company had been analyzed, observing the direction that company is after
all and now suggest new strategies for its intangible asset survival.
