Resumo
O aumento considerável das expectativas dos clientes no mercado mundial
resulta na necessidade de atingir produtividades nunca antes alcançadas
baseadas em estratégias que criam valor para produtos e serviços. Através de
informações operacionais e contábeis de um sistema de manufatura, é possível
determinar indicadores de desempenho e custos. Os indicadores custodesempenho,
integrados em um ambiente de capacitação e motivação, criam
uma estratégia de valor na organização, direcionando-a no sentido de maiores
produtividades. O presente trabalho, relata o desenvolvimento da metodologia
para determinar os indicadores de custos– desempenho, bem como a
integração deste em um ambiente de capacitação e motivação de uma
empresa do ramo automobilístico, resultando em aumento de produtividade e
redução de custos em um sistema de manufatura.
Abstract
The considerable increase of the expectations of the customers in the worldwide
market results in the necessity to reach established productivities never
before reached in strategies that create value for products and services.
Through operational and account information of a manufacture system, it is
possible to determine indicators of performance and costs. Indicators the cost -
performance, integrated in an environment of capability administration and
motivation, creates a strategy of value in the organization, driving in the
direction of bigger productivities. The present work, propose the development of
the methodology to determine the indicators of costs and performance, as well
as the integration of this in an environment of capability administration and
motivation of a company of the automobile branch, resulting in increase of
productivity and reduction of costs in a manufacture system.
