Resumo
Essa visão ampliada em relação ao Escritório Modelo é uma forma de retribuição do
curso jurídico à comunidade que o cerca, amparando-a em suas necessidades
jurídicas básicas, o que reflete na formação humana essencial do acadêmico do curso
jurídico. Foi desenvolvida uma pesquisa de caráter exploratório qualitativo, realizandose
um estudo de caso, posto que o objetivo é analisar a responsabilidade social no
Núcleo de Prática Jurídica do curso de Direito da Faculdade Atenas em Paracatu/MG.
O estudo contemplou três etapas de pesquisas qualitativas, sendo a participação por
meio de questionário dos acadêmicos do 9º período do curso de Direito que fazem
estágio no Núcleo de Prática Jurídica e estão em reta final para a conclusão do curso;
entrevistas com as coordenadoras do curso de Direito e do Núcleo de Prática Jurídica
da instituição objeto do estudo, e; análise de dados documentais fornecidos pelo
Escritório Modelo referentes às atividades do Núcleo de Prática Jurídica da Faculdade
Atenas, sendo selecionado aquele que fazia referência ao ano de 2012. Pelos
instrumentos aplicados na pesquisa tornou-se manifesto a contribuição do Escritório
Modelo para a democratização do acesso à justiça e melhoria do ensino jurídico.
Restou diagnosticado a responsabilidade social do Núcleo de Prática Jurídica de
formar um profissional mais engajado na sociedade. Os resultados demonstram que
o Núcleo de Prática Jurídica exerce um papel importante na formação do profissional
da área jurídica, bem como influência no acesso à justiça de forma concreta às
pessoas carentes.
Abstract
This research sought to diagnose the influences of social responsibility generated at
the Center for Legal Practice in a Private Higher Education Institution. This expanded
relative to Model Office vision is our way of contributing to the ongoing legal community
that surrounds it, holding it in their basic legal needs, which reflects the essential
human formation of the legal academic course. A qualitative research was developed
exploratory, performing a case study, since the aim is to analyze the social
responsibility at the Center for Legal Practice Course at the Faculty of Law in Athens
Paracatu/MG. The study included three stages of qualitative research , with
participation by the students of the 9th semester of the law that do internship in the
Center for Legal Practice questionnaire and are in the final stretch to completion of the
course, interviews with the coordinators of the course Law and Legal Practice Center
of the institution the object of study, and; analysis of documents provided by the Model
Office regarding the activities of the Center for Legal Practice, Faculty Athens, being
selected one that referred to the year 2012. The instruments used in the research it
became apparent the contribution of the Model Office for the democratization of access
to justice and improving legal education. Diagnosed crumbling social responsibility of
the Center for Legal Practice to form a more professional engaged in society. The
results demonstrate that the Center for Legal Practice plays an important role in
shaping the legal professional as well as influence on access to justice in a concrete
way to needy people.
