Resumo
Os objetivos da pesquisa são: 1) construir, descrever e analisar oficinas-aulas de Educação Física de brincadeiras e de construção de brinquedos e 2) identificar e analisar os significados do brincar e da construção de brinquedos para alunos do ensino fundamental de uma escola pública de São José do Rio Preto- SP, a partir de oficinas-aulas. Os alunos, ao serem incentivados ao consumo de produtos que incluem os brinquedos, os jogos, a tecnologia, podem não ter a oportunidade de refletir sobre os mesmos, assim como, criar novas maneiras de brincar. Neste trabalho, realizou-se pesquisa bibliográfica e de campo, sendo feita uma aproximação com a pesquisa de tipo participante, que envolveu conhecimentos sobre o brincar e sobre a construção de brinquedos em seis oficinas-aulas de Educação Física, caracterizando este trabalho como qualitativo. As técnicas utilizadas na pesquisa de campo foram a observação participante e o diário de campo. Os participantes da pesquisa foram alunos do Ensino Fundamental I. Identificamos pontos relevantes durante as seis oficinas-aulas realizadas: a oportunidade que os alunos tiveram de brincar com brinquedos feitos com material alternativo, o reconhecimento da cultura do próximo durante a realização das oficinas-aulas, a valorização das diferenças culturais e o conhecimento do lazer em sentido amplo no tempo disponível e seus conteúdos. Consideramos também, como principais resultados deste estudo, que os alunos gostaram de brincar, pelo fato de serem brinquedos construídos com materiais recicláveis, pela construção dos mesmos ter sido feita pelos próprios alunos e pela possibilidade de várias brincadeiras serem realizadas com os brinquedos construídos. Os alunos afirmaram terem se divertido, foram protagonistas das suas ações na construção de brinquedos com material reciclável, ou seja, tiveram acesso a um conhecimento novo, manifestando compreensão pelo recurso diferente utilizado nas situações vivenciadas. A construção de brinquedos com material alternativo fundamentada na Educação Física plural e na educação para o lazer viabilizou aos sujeitos o acesso a uma variedade de brincadeiras, incentivando a fantasia e a imaginação nas vivências do brincar. Espera-se, com este trabalho, ter contribuído para a revisão das aulas de Educação Física, de modo que possam ser mais interessantes, com o predomínio do lúdico e que os alunos possam aprender a construir brinquedos e descobrir novas formas de brincar.
Abstract
The objectives of the research are: 1) building, describing and analyzing workshops of physical education classes for playing and constructing toys and 2) identifying and analyzing the meanings of playing and constructing toys in workshops and classes for elementary school students from a public school in the city of Sao Jose do Rio Preto - SP. Students are encouraged to buy products including toys, games, technology, and may not have the opportunity to reflect on them, and create new ways of playing. In this work, there were both bibliographical and field researches, and there was an approximation to a participant type research, which involved knowledge about the playing and the building of toys in six workshops, physical education classes, featuring this work as qualitative. The techniques used in the field research were participant observation and the field diary. The survey participants were elementary school students. We identified relevant points during the six workshops: the opportunity that students had of playing with toys made of alternative materials, the acknowledgement of the other during the workshops and classes, the appreciation of cultural differences and knowledge of recreation in a broad sense in the time available and its contents. we also considered, as main results of this study, that the students liked to play because the toys were made of recyclable materials, the toys were made by the students themselves, and the possibility of playing various games with the toys they had built. The Students said they had fun, they felt like the center of their actions during the construction of the toys with recyclable material, and had access to new knowledge, expressing understanding for different resources used during the process. Building toys with alternative materials based on physical education and education for leisure made the subjects feasible to access to a variety of games, stimulating fantasy and imagination in the experience of playing. We hope that this work has contributed to some kind of improvement in physical education classes, so that they can be more interesting, with the predominance of fun and that students can learn how to build toys and discover new ways of playing.
