Resumo
A presente pesquisa tem como objetivo central, a partir de um modelo de um planejamento estratégico, analisar as ferramentas estratégicas adotadas pelas empresas e pela Governança Corporativa do Arranjo Produtivo Local de Bonés de Apucarana, no sentido de minimizar as forças restritivas ao seu desenvolvimento. Esta pesquisa teve inicialmente um caráter exploratório que, segundo Cervo & Bervian (1983), é o modelo adequado para ambientes dinâmicos. Pode-se dizer que o objeto de estudo apresenta um alto índice de crescimento, impulsionado pela interação constante de agentes como empresas, governos e várias variáveis intervenientes como concorrência, tecnologia, capital mão-de-obra, conhecimento e cultura. Por outro, lado pode-se dizer que, além do caráter exploratório foram elencados dados quantitativos que permitiram mostrar um caráter também descritivo. Objetivou-se trazer como análise um modelo de diagnóstico elaborado pela governança corporativa, em conjunto com os participantes ativos do objeto de estudo. O universo da pesquisa é composto das empresas de bonés participantes do Arranjo Produtivo Local de Bonés de Apucarana, tomando-se como amostra trinta e três empresas desse universo, escolhidas pelo processo de conveniência, ou seja, aquelas que permitirem o acesso às informações necessárias ao desenvolvimento do trabalho.
Abstract
The present research has as central objective, starting from a model of a strategical planning, to analyze the strategical tools adopted by the companies and the Corporative Governance of the Local Productive Arrangement of Caps from Apucarana, in the direction to minimize the restrictive forces to its development. This research had initially an exploratory character that, according to Cervo & Bervian (1983), is the model adjusted for dynamic environments. It can be said that the study object presents one high index of growth, stimulated for the constant interaction of agents as intervening companies, governments and some variable as competition, technology, capital man power, knowledge and culture. By another side can be said that, beyond the exploratory character it was possible to list quantitative data that had allowed showing also a descriptive character. It was an objective to bring as analysis a diagnosis model elaborated by the corporative governance, in set with the active participants of the study object. The research universe is composed by the caps companies participant of the Local Productive Arrangement of Caps of Apucarana, considering as sample thirty three companies of this universe, chosen through the convenience process, or either, those that allow the access to the information necessary to the development of the research.
