Resumo
Este trabalho teve como temática a Qualidade de Vida no Trabalho (QVT): uma visão dos docentes do curso de Medicina. Embora existam outros trabalhos sobre QVT de docentes, nenhum foi encontrado quanto à visão dos docentes do curso em análise. O objetivo foi analisar se, de acordo com a visão e percepção dos docentes de Medicina de Instituições de Ensino Superior, existe qualidade de vida no contexto de sua atividade profissional. Para atingir o objetivo principal da pesquisa, foi utilizada uma metodologia de pesquisa aplicada de natureza quantitativa e qualitativa, com o objetivo de gerar novos conhecimentos, com a aplicação de coleta de dados por meio de questionários-padrão: modelo Walton e modelo Whoqol-bref. Contribuíram para a pesquisa 330 de 449 convidados, totalizando uma participação efetiva de 73,49% dos docentes. A análise dos resultados dos questionários aplicados aos docentes de Medicina, permitiu inferir uma qualidade de vida satisfatória no seu trabalho docente.
Abstract
This work had as its theme the Quality of Life at Work (QVT): a vision of the teachers of the medical course. Although there are other works on QVT of teachers, none have been found regarding the teachers' view of the course under analysis. The objective was to analyze if, according to the vision and perception of the Medicine teachers of Higher Education Institutions, there is quality of life in the context of their professional activity. In order to reach the main objective of the research, a methodology of applied research of quantitative and qualitative nature was used, aiming to generate new knowledge, with the application of data collection through standard questionnaires: Walton model and model Whoqol-bref . A total of 330 of 449 guests contributed to the survey, totaling an effective participation of 73.49% of the teachers. The analysis of the results of the questionnaires applied to medical teachers allowed us to infer a satisfactory quality of life in their teaching work.
