Resumo
As cooperativas de trabalho se mostram como uma alternativa de geração de emprego frente à globalização e o capitalismo, no entanto tais cooperativas devem seguir os princípios que norteiam as verdadeiras cooperativas, as quais buscam a ajuda mútua e a participação ativa do cooperado. Na prática existem varias cooperativas falsas que impulsionadas pelo capitalismo, precarizam as relações de emprego, onde o cooperado, na realidade é um empregado, porém sem os seus direitos trabalhistas. A dinâmica dessas cooperativas no âmbito rural tem atestado a força do poder econômico em detrimento das garantias e conquistas decorrentes de anos de lutas dos trabalhadores. Diante desse cenário, o presente trabalho buscou analisar as falsas cooperativas de trabalho e seus reflexos para os trabalhadores, a sociedade e o Estado. Será abordado as formas de contratação do trabalhador rural em especial a contratação por consórcio de produtores rurais, elaborado pelo Ministério Público do Trabalho, que visa a diminuição das contratações fraudulentas que retiram os direitos dos trabalhadores rurais, que têm sofrido mediante a flexibilização e até mesmo a usurpação dos seus direitos.

ABSTRACT
Labor cooperatives are an alternative to generate employment in the face of globalization and capitalism, but such cooperatives must follow the principles that guide the true cooperatives, which seek mutual help and active participation of the cooperative. In practice there are several false cooperatives that are driven by capitalism, precarious employment relations, where the cooperative is actually an employee, but without their labor rights. The dynamics of these cooperatives in rural areas have attested to the strength of economic power to the detriment of the guarantees and achievements resulting from years of workers' struggles. Given this scenario, the present work sought to analyze the false labor cooperatives and their reflexes for workers, society and the State. It will be approached the forms of employment of the rural worker, in particular the contracting by consortium of rural producers, drawn up by the Public Ministry of Labor, which aims at reducing the fraudulent hiring that removes the rights of rural workers, who have suffered through flexibilization and even the usurpation of their rights.
