Resumo
A presente dissertação de mestrado tem por objeto a análise do fluxo migratório de trabalhadores bolivianos indocumentados que ao adentrarem no Brasil em busca de emprego e melhores condições de vida, acabam por se inserir em relações laborais precárias com superexploração e aviltamento da própria condição humana. A partir dessa realidade, o estudo segue com a análise da normativa nacional e internacional, correlata ao tema, no intuito de identificar, no cenário brasileiro, o grau de reconhecimento e de proteção dos direitos fundamentais sociais desses imigrantes, a fim de subsidiar a discussão acerca da efetividade desses direitos.
Abstract
This dissertation aims at analyzing the migratory flow of undocumented Bolivian workers who, when entering Brazil in search of employment and better living conditions, end up entering into precarious labor relations with overexploitation and degradation of the human condition itself . Based on this reality, the study follows with the analysis of the national and international normative, correlata to the theme, in order to identify, in the Brazilian scenario, the degree of recognition and protection of the fundamental social rights of these immigrants, in order to subsidize the discussion about the effectiveness of these rights.
