Resumo
Sabe-se que o planejamento empresarial tem fundamental importância no desenvolvimento de uma organização, sendo este o ponto de partida para o alcance dos objetivos estabelecidos neste trabalho. Dentro desse contexto, verifica-se a necessidade do desenvolvimento de procedimentos capazes de auxiliar o desenvolvimento empresarial. Gerenciando sua cadeia de suprimento, será possível objetivar a redução de Lead Time, que é um dos procedimentos que afetam diretamente o alcance desses objetivos. Este trabalho trata de um estudo de caso dentro de uma empresa do setor de ferragens galvanizadas para a rede elétrica. Passou por uma mudança de procedimento no processo de fabricação de make to stock para make to order. Sendo necessário para sua efetivação a implantação da filosofia JIT, ferramentas de controle de gestão de estoque MRP e adequação do arranjo físico Observou-se que mudanças estruturais, de arranjo físico, políticas etc., resultaram em maior lucratividade para a empresa.
Abstract
It´s Known that business planning has fundamental importance in the development of an organization, so this is the starting point to achieve the established purposes of this work. In this context we can see the need of development of procedures able to help the business development. If the range of supplement is managed, it will be possible to intend the procedures that affeck directly the achievement of these aims. This work is about the study of a case in a sector of a galvanized iron company to the electric distribution. It had a change in the procedures in the process of manufacturing. It was necessary to it´s efficiency the implantation of phylosoply JIT, arrangement of control of MRP stock and adjustment of physical arrangement. It was noticed yhat structural, physical and political changes showed better profits to the company.
