Resumo
O levantamento de requisitos no projeto de desenvolvimento de sistemas integrados e de gestão dentro das organizações tem sido feito sem o apoio de métodos mais sistematizados. Esses métodos podem garantir o desenvolvimento das organizações, levando em conta os objetivos do negócio. Os processos unificados reúnem as práticas no desenvolvimento de software e são a base para a definição de várias metodologias encontradas no mercado. Neste trabalho, será apresentada a importância da modelagem de processos de negócios (MPN) e da utilização da ferramenta Enterprise Knowledge Development (EKD) para a realização da Modelagem organizacional (MO) a fim de tornar o desenvolvimento do sistema focado nos objetivos da organização. Existem vários métodos, técnicas e ferramentas de modelagem para facilitar o entendimento e a análise da complexidade das organizações modernas. Essas facilidades são utilizadas na tentativa de tornar a realidade organizacional, se complexa e abstrata, mais compreensível. Este trabalho mostra, na prática, a utilização da metodologia EKD antes do desenvolvimento de um sistema integrado de gestão.
Abstract
The survey of requisites in the integrated systems development project and administration inside the organizations has been made without the support of more systematized methods that can guarantee the development based on the business goals. The unified processes gather the practices in the software development, and are the basis for definition of several methodologies found in the market. On this work, it will be presented the importance of the importance of the Business Process Development (BPM) and the utilization of the Enterprise Knowledge Development (EKD) tool for the accomplishment of the Organization Modeling (OM), with the aim of making the system development focused in the organization.s goals.There are several modeling methods, techniques and tools to facilitate the understanding and the analysis of the modern organizations complexity. Theses facilities are utilized in the attempt of making the organizational reality, whether complex and abstract, more comprehensible. This work shows in practice the utilizations of the EKD Methodology before an administration integrated system development.
