Resumo
Considerando toda a evolução tecnológica dos sistemas de gestão empresarial (ERP) e seus fatores críticos de sucesso (FCS), encontra-se agora com um novo ambiente, o surgimento e consolidação da Indústria 4.0. Esta nova indústria vem com a associação de novas tecnologias, sistemas Físico cibernéticos (CPS), Internet das Coisas (IoT), Internet dos Serviços (IoS), interconectando máquinas e sistemas de modo flexível e inteligente. Embora haja um entendimento de que as soluções ERP sejam a base principal das operações e interações entre as organizações, uma implementação considerando o ambiente da Indústria 4.0 requer maior atenção em sua implementação e manutenção. O objetivo desta pesquisa é identificar os principais Fatores Críticos de Sucesso (FCS) para a implantação de sistemas ERP projetada com a Indústria 4.0. O método da pesquisa realizado foi a revisão sistemática de modo a favorecer a identificação dos FCS na literatura. A pesquisa limitou-se a analisar artigos publicados no período de 2007 a março de 2020, três bases de dados foram pesquisadas: Web of Science, Science Direct e Scopus, utilizando-se a combinação das seguintes palavras-chave: “Enterprise Resources Planning”, “Critical Success Factors” e “Industry 4.0”, aplicando-se alguns filtros para delimitar e direcionar melhor o processo de pesquisa. O resultado da RSL identificou os principais FCS de projetos de implantação de Sistemas ERP projetada para a indústria 4.0 e pode ser utilizada pelas empresas como um fator norteador para a implementação bem sucedida de um ERP.
Abstract
Considering all the technological evolution of the business management systems (ERP) and its critical success factors (CSF), it is now with a new environment, the emergence and consolidation of Industry 4.0. This new industry comes with the association of new technologies, Physical-cybernetic systems (CPS), Internet of Things (IoT), Internet of Services (IoS), interconnecting machines and systems in a flexible and intelligent way. Although there is an understanding that ERP solutions are the main basis of operations and interactions between organizations, an implementation considering the Industry 4.0 environment requires greater attention in its implementation and maintenance. The objective of this research is to present a list of Critical Success Factors (CSF) for the implementation of ERP systems designed with Industry 4.0. The research method performed was a systematic review in order to favor the identification of CSF in the literature. The research was limited to analyzing articles published from 2007 to March 2020, three databases were searched: Web of Science, Science Direct and Scopus, using the combination of the following keywords: “Enterprise Resources Planning”, “Critical Success Factors” and “Industry 4.0”, applying some filters to better delimit and direct the research process. The result of SLR identified the main CSF of ERP Systems implementation projects designed for industry 4.0 and can be used by companies as a guiding factor for the successful implementation of an ERP.
