Relações intrafamiliares baseadas em situações de violência: possibilidades de novos sentidos e significados após a intervenção do CREAS

Resumo
A presente pesquisa nasceu do desejo de entender como parte das famílias atendidas pelo CREAS conseguem superar situações de violações de direitos contra crianças e adolescentes, e assim podem mudar a maneira como se relacionam. Neste sentido, a pesquisa objetiva investigar o processo de mudança de sentido e significado das relações intrafamiliares, a partir das intervenções do CREAS, nas questões relacionadas a violência intrafamiliar contra crianças e adolescentes, de modo a proporcionar relações familiares baseadas na proteção, a partir dos pressupostos da teoria do círculo de Vigotski. Dessa forma, realizou-se a discussão sobre as implicações da violência transgeracional sobre a constituição de crianças e adolescentes, tentou-se compreender os sentidos e significados das relações intrafamiliares para crianças, adolescentes, pais ou responsáveis em situação de violência familiar, assim como identificar indícios de possibilidades de mudança de significados e sentidos das relações familiares a partir do acompanhamento oferecido pelo CREAS. Para esta pesquisa então, foi necessário fazer uma discussão sobre sentido e significado, dentro da teoria vigostkiana, além disso também foram discutidos neste trabalho as questões relacionadas à violência intrafamiliar contra crianças e adolescentes. Para tanto, foi analisado um prontuário familiar completo, que foi acompanhado pela equipe técnica do CREAS, cujo qual já havia sido encerrado por superação das situações de violações de direitos contra as crianças e adolescentes envolvidas. Nesse sentido, a análise de prontuário encerrado, propicia entender todo o processo de acompanhamento da família, desde o início do atendimento, as intervenções técnicas e encaminhamentos realizadas, e o encerramento dos trabalhos dada a superação da situação de violência. Destarte, foi possível encontrar indícios para compreender como foram superadas as situações de violência, e de que maneira a família passou a ser organizar após a intervenção, e como o sentido e o significado das relações familiares mudaram a partir dessa intervenção. A partir dessa pesquisa é possível pensar sobre a potência do trabalho desenvolvido pelo CREAS, assim como práticas educativas que prescindam da violência, visto o impacto negativo que a mesma tem no desenvolvimento humano.
Abstract
The present research was born from the desire to understand how part of the families assisted by CREAS manage to overcome situations of rights violations against children and adolescents, and thus can change the way they relate. In this sense, the research aims to investigate the process of changing the meaning and meaning of intrafamily relationships, based on CREAS interventions, on issues related to intrafamily violence against children and adolescents, in order to provide family relationships based on protection, based on the presuppositions of Vygotsky's circle theory. Thus, a discussion was held on the implications of transgenerational violence on the constitution of children and adolescents, an attempt was made to understand the sense and meanings of intrafamily relationships for children, adolescents, parents or guardians in situations of family violence, as well as to identify indications of possibilities for changing the meanings and meanings of family relationships from the follow-up offered by CREAS. For this research, then, it was necessary to make a discussion about sense and meaning, within the Vigostkian theory, in addition, issues related to intrafamily violence against children and adolescents were also discussed in this work. To this end, a complete family record was analyzed, which was accompanied by the CREAS technical team, which had already been closed due to overcoming situations of violations of rights against the children and adolescents involved. In this sense, the analysis of the completed medical record provides an understanding of the entire process of monitoring the family, from the beginning of the service, the technical interventions and referrals carried out, and the end of the work given the overcoming of the situation of violence. Thus, it was possible to find evidence to understand how situations of violence were overcome, and how the family started to be organized after the intervention, and how the meaning and meaning of family relationships changed from this intervention. From this research it is possible to think about the power of the work developed by CREAS, as well as educational practices that do without violence, given the negative impact it has on human development.
