Resumo
O presente trabalho tem por objetivo analisar os fluxos reversos da cadeia de suprimentos da indústria de embalagens de papelão ondulado com ênfase na regularidade do fornecimento de aparas. A grande competição entre empresas e o crescimento do consumo podem ocasionar aumento no volume de resíduos em todo o mundo. Todo esse excedente descartado é uma ameaça à sociedade em geral, no entanto os resíduos podem ser considerados oportunidade de ganhos para alguns setores da indústria como papel, plástico, alumínio, ferro, aço, entre outros. Tais ganhos podem ser viabilizados com a organização da logística reversa que envolve o planejamento, a operação e o controle dos fluxos e informações inerentes ao retorno de bens com o objetivo de agregação de valor. O setor de papelão ondulado, que produziu no ano passado mais de dois milhões de toneladas no Brasil, precisa de um fornecimento mais estável de aparas a níveis de qualidade e quantidade regulares. Busca-se com essa pesquisa identificar os fatores que afetam a regularidade no fornecimento da matériaprima principal: as aparas. Para alcançar o objetivo proposto foi utilizado o estudo de caso descritivo exploratório em uma empresa do setor de celulose e papel, situada no interior do estado de São Paulo, que produz embalagens de papelão ondulado utilizando, em média, 60% de fibras recicladas. No estudo foram abordados conceitos de Gestão da Cadeia de Suprimentos, Redes de Empresas, Gestão da Cadeia Reversa Responsabilidade Social Corporativa e Desenvolvimento Sustentável. Os resultados da pesquisa revelaram que os fatores que influenciam a cadeia de suprimentos da indústria de embalagens de papelão ondulado são a viabilidade econômica, o conhecimento e a tecnologia, as relações entre os atores, a distância geográfica, as leis e normas vigentes. Nesse estudo também foi constatado que um dos fatores que mais contribui para a falta de regularidade no fornecimento de aparas é o nível de relacionamento entre a empresa de papel e os fornecedores de aparas. Abstract
The present work has for objective to analyze the reverse flows of the supply chain of the industry of packings of wavy cardboard with emphasis in the regularity of the supply of waste papers. The great competition between companies and the growth of the consumption can cause increase all over the world in the volume of residues. That whole discarded surplus is in general a threat to the society, however the residues can be considered opportunity of earnings for some sections of the industry as paper, plastic, aluminum, iron, steel, among others. Such earnings can be made possible with the organization of the reverse logistics that involves the planning, the operation and the control of the flows and inherent information to the return of goods with the objective of aggregation of value. The section of wavy cardboard, that produced in the year passed more than two million tons in Brazil, needs a stableer supply of waste papers to quality levels and regular amount. It is looked for with that research to identify the factors that affect the regularity in the supply of the main raw material: the waste papers. To reach the proposed objective the study of exploratory descriptive case it was used in a company of the cellulose section and paper, located inside the state of São Paulo, that produces packings of wavy cardboard using, on average, 60% of recycled fibers. In the study concepts of Supply Chain Management, Networks of Companies, Reverse Chain Management, Corporate Social Responsibility and Maintainable Development were approached. The results of the research revealed that the factors that influence the supply chain of the industry of packings of wavy cardboard are the economical viability, the knowledge and the technology, the relationships among the actors, the geographical distance, the laws and effective norms. In that study it was also verified that one of the factors that more contributes to the regularity lack in the supply of waste papers it is the relationship level between the paper company and the suppliers of waste papers.
