A INCLUSÃO SOCIAL NO PROCESSO DE RECONSTRUÇÃO DA LINGUAGEM E CONSTITUIÇÃO DO SUJEITO NA AFASIA

Resumo
Assumindo a perspectiva histórico-cultural e a teoria discursiva, tenho orientado meus interesses de pesquisa para a constituição do sujeito na afasia. É através da linguagem que o ser humano significa as pessoas ao seu redor, suas ações e o mundo, e, também se significa através da sua relação com o outro. Por isto, desenvolvemos este estudo, cujo objetivo é refletir. Por isto, sobre a inclusão social no processo de reconstrução da linguagem e constituição do sujeito na afasia, através dos seus dizeres. Na realização desta pesquisa, foram registradas situações interacionais de um grupo terapêutico-fonoaudiológico de sujeitos afásicos, através de vídeogravações. O grupo tinha como objetivo explorar aspectos que constituem o funcionamento da linguagem em suas diferentes configurações, seus mecanismos de constituição e seu valor social, e explorar aspectos das operações lingüístico-práxicas. A partir da transcrição dos dados, foram selecionados trechos dos discursos dos sujeitos, que atendessem aos propósitos da pesquisa. As análises dos dizeres dos sujeitos conduziram ao estabelecimento dos seguintes conjuntos temáticos: 1) o grupo familiar/ o grupo social; 2) mudanças na imagem de si mesmo; 3) o enfrentamento das dificuldades cotidianas; 4) a linguagem e a construção de uma nova imagem de si mesmo. Os achados demonstram que, através da significação, possibilitada pela interação dialógica e pelo outro, é possível ao sujeito reconhecer a si mesmo e ao outro enfrentando sua nova condição e prosseguir a construção dinâmica e continuada de sua constituição como sujeito, agora afásico, inserido em seu grupo social.
Abstract
Adopting the historical-cultural perspective (VYGOTSKY, 1998) and discursive theory (BAKHTIN, 2000), I have oriented my research interests to the constitution of the subject in aphasia. Due to the belief that it is through the language that the human being give meaning to the people around to their actions and the world, as well as give meaning to themselves through their relation with others we developed this study which thinks the social inclusion in the language reconstruction process and in the subject constitution in aphasia, through their sayings. To accomplish such research, interaction situations of a speech therapy group of aphasic subjects were registered, through video recording and transcription. The group had as objective to explore aspects that constitute the language functioning in its different configurations, its constitution mechanism and its social value, as well as to explore aspects of linguistic praxis operations. From the transcription of the facts, passages from their sayings, which attend to the research’s purposes, were selected. The analyses of their sayings led to the establishment of the following thematic units: 1) the familiar group / the social group; 2) changes in their selves image; 3) the facing of dailies difficulty; 4) the language and the construction of anew image of their selves. The findings showed that, through the signification, accomplished by dialogue interaction and by the other, it is possible to the subject recognize him/her self and the other facing up to his/her new condition and continue the dynamic and on going construction as a now aphasic subject, insert in his/her social group.
