Resumo
Este trabalho tem como objetivo fomentar reflexões teóricas referentes ao princípio da tolerância e da liberdade religiosa, visando apresentar considerações sobre a sentença do caso ocorrido entre Comunidade Indígena Yanacona x Igreja Protestante da Colômbia, que apresentou limitações a esses direitos. Em relação aos princípios e direitos abordados pretende-se discutir seus significados, suas características e sua importância para, com base nesses princípios, desenvolver uma análise crítica sobre a sentença em questão. Entre os princípios abordados estão à tolerância religiosa, e entre os direitos a liberdade religiosa e a identidade cultural.
Abstract
This work has as objective foments referring theoretical reflections to the principle of the tolerance and of the liberty religious, seeking to present considerations on the sentence of the case happened among Indigenous Community Yanacona X Protestant Church of Colombia, that presented limitations the those rights. In relation to the beginnings and approached rights it intends to discuss your meanings, your characteristics and your importance for, with base in those principles, to develop a critical analysis on the sentence in subject. Among the approached principles they are to the religious tolerance, and enter the rights the liberty religious and the cultural identity.
