Resumo
O Programa Saúde da Família visa à melhoria da saúde dos brasileiros enquanto instituição base de todo sujeito, condição prevista na Constituição Federal como direito social, sendo este dever do Estado. O Agente Comunitário de Saúde como parte integrante deste programa tem como dever incrementar as ações de prevenção e promoção da saúde e sendo o elo principal entre a família e os demais profissionais foi o foco principal da pesquisa. Esta pesquisa teve como objetivo identificar o conhecimento que os agentes comunitários possuem sobre a Fonoaudiologia e possíveis alterações relacionadas e discutir aspectos da formação destes profissionais que podem favorecer a atuação dos mesmos junto à população. Para a realização da pesquisa foi realizada uma entrevista semidirigida com seis agentes comunitários de saúde, contendo sete perguntas abertas, sendo três sobre a formação e capacitação que recebem e quatro perguntas a respeito do conhecimento que os mesmos possuem sobre a Fonoaudiologia. Na apresentação e análise dos resultados optou-se pela caracterização das respostas, dividindo-se em primeira e segunda partes da entrevista, analisando e discutindo cada resposta dos Agentes Comunitários de Saúde. Os resultados indicam que a formação que os Agentes Comunitários de Saúde recebem está mais centrada no contexto das políticas públicas de saúde, estratégias de implementação, organização dos sistemas locais de saúde, mapeamento, cadastramento, visitas domiciliares, acolhimento, humanização, coleta e análise de dados, deixando a desejar no que se refere à promoção da saúde, atenção básica e vigilância em saúde. Com relação ao conhecimento do Agente Comunitário de Saúde sobre a Fonoaudiologia existem muitas falhas que devem ser preenchidas e os agentes relataram se sentirem despreparados para identificar alguma alteração. Pudemos concluir que são importantes de algumas ações junto ao Poder Público para favorecer um maior conhecimento desses profissionais, visando um melhor desempenho do trabalho junto à comunidade.
Abstract
The Programa Saúde da Família aims at to the improvement of the health of the Brazilians while institution subject base of all, condition foreseen in social the Federal Constitution as right, being this duty of the State. The Communitarian Agent of Health as integrant part of this program has as to have to develop the actions of prevention and promotion of the health and being the main link between the family and the excessively professional ones it was the main focus of the research. This research had as objective to identify the knowledge that the communitarian agents possess on the Fonoaudiologia and possible related alterations and to argue aspects of the formation of these same professionals who can favor the performance of the together one to the population. For the accomplishment of the research an interview semidirected with six communitarian agents of health was carried through, contends seven questions opened, being three on the formation and qualification that receive and four questions regarding the knowledge that the same ones possess on the Fonoaudiologia. In the presentation and analysis of the results each reply of the Communitarian Agents of Health was opted to the characterization of the answers, dividing itself in first and second part of the interview, analyzing and arguing the same ones. The results indicate that the formation that the Communitarian Agents of Health receive more is centered in the context of the public politics of health, strategies of implementation, organization of the local systems of health, mapping, cadastre, visits domiciliary, shelter, collect and analysis of data, leaving to desire in that if it relates to the promotion of the health, basic attention and monitoring in healt, and with relation to the knowledge of the Communitarian Agent of Health on the Fonoaudiologia exists many imperfections that must be filled and the agents had told if to feel unprepared to identify some alteration. We could conclude of the importance of some together actions to the Public Power to favor a bigger knowledge of these professionals, aiming at one better performance of the together work to the community.
