Resumo
Tendo como linha de pesquisa as políticas educacionais, este estudo busca identificar como o Centro Estadual de Educação Tecnológica "Paula Souza", instituição mantenedora das escolas técnicas estaduais e faculdades de tecnologias, interpretou e incorporou as propostas de diversos setores da sociedade e da legislação, levando em conta a sua trajetória na reorganização do ensino técnico e do ensino médio no estado de São Paulo. O trabalho esta dividido em três capítulos. O primeiro constitui-se de um referencial com base em bibliografia pertinente a cerca das transformações do mundo do trabalho bem como as relações de ordem social, política, econômica e cultural que envolvem toda a sociedade. No segundo capítulo o autor analisa o papel da educação frente às exigências do mercado, diante da expressiva mudança provocada pela reestruturação produtiva nos diversos setores da sociedade, utilizando de propostas no âmbito das políticas educacionais elaboradas por organismos internacionais, empresários e trabalhadores. Diante das propostas, políticas, orientações e recomendações formuladas por diversos organismos para a educação, no terceiro capítulo, o autor comenta algumas tendências incorporadas pela legislação brasileira e analisa documentos produzidos pelo Centro Paula Souza que orientaram a reorganização e a implantação do ensino técnico e médio nas unidades mantidas por esta instituição. O estudo finaliza destacando a influência do mundo do trabalho na reorganização do ensino médio e técnico e o comprometimento da instituição com os seus princípios e finalidades.
Abstract
Having as a line of research the educational policy, this study seeks to identify as the Centro Estadual de Educação Tecnológica Paula Souza, institution over the state technical schools and colleges of technology, has interpreted and incorporated the proposals of various sectors of society and laws, taking account its trajectory in the reorganizations of technical and high school education in the state of São Paulo. The work is divided into three chapters. The first one constitutes itself as a referential based on relevant bibliography about the changes in the working world as well as the relations of a social, political, economic and cultural, that involves the whole society In the second chapter the author examines the education role in confrontation to the demands of the market, face of the expressive change caused by the restructuring positive in the various sectors of society, using the proposals within the educational policies drawn up by international organisms, entrepreneurs and workers. In the face of the proposals, policies, guidelines and recommendations made by several organisms for education, in the third chapter, the author comments some trends incorporated by Brazilian legislation and analyzes documents produced by Centro Paula Souza that have guided the reorganization and the deployment of the technical and high school education in units maintained by the institution. The study concludes highlighting the influence of the world of work in reorganization of the high school and technical education in addition to the institution commitment with its principles and purposes.
