Resumo
O presente estudo, portanto, tem como objetivo analisar concepções de corpo nos discursos dos profissionais da fonoaudiologia. No primeiro capítulo, faz-se a revisão da literatura sobre o corpo que segue até a concepção de corporeidade. Assim, enfoca-se a perspectiva cartesiana, a visão sistêmica, a complexidade, a corporeidade. No segundo capítulo, aborda-se um pouco da história e influências teóricas da fonoaudiologia no Brasil. No terceiro capítulo, a metodologia, os dados e a análise de dados. A metodologia de conhecimento utilizada é a abordagem qualitativa, em virtude de sua abrangência e por melhor explicar a realidade. Os dados foram coletados por meio de entrevistas semidirigidas. O corpus entrevistado apresentados no trabalho foi de quatro fonoaudiólogos com atuação e docência universitária superior há 15 anos, residentes em duas metrópoles da região Sudeste (Rio de Janeiro e São Paulo). Os dados constituídos pelas entrevistas dos profissionais da fonoaudiologia foram organizados com base em suas concepções/atuações de corpo, distribuídos em quatro eixos temáticos: concepção de corpo: corpo e fonoaudiologia, corpo e comunicação, corpo e formação profissional. Os resultados da pesquisa evidenciam consonância entre as concepções/atuações dos fonoaudiólogos com os princípios da corporeidade. Percebe-se que os sujeitos da pesquisa concebem o corpo em suas diversas dimensões - física, biológica, psíquica, emocional, social, cultural, dentre outras –, existindo na relação consigo mesmo, com o outro e com o mundo, transformando e sendo transformado.
Abstract
The present study has as its object the analyses of the conception of speech therapy in respect to its understanding about human body. In the first item the review of the literature about the body that goes as far as the conception of corporatism. Thus, the Cartesian perspective, the systematic view, the complexity and the corporatism are in focus. In the second item, a little of history, theoretical influences of speech-language therapy in Brazil are studied. The methodology, the data and the analyses of them are in the third item. The methodology of knowledge use is the qualitative approach in view of its reach and to be the best explaining reality. The data were collected by semi-directed interview. The corpus interviewed presented in this work was composed by four speech-language therapists who have been university teacher for over fifteen years, they live in two different metropolis in southeast of Brazil (Rio de Janeiro and São Paulo). The data gathered from the speech-language therapists interviewed were organized with base on their conception/actuation and distributed in four axis: Body conception, body and speech-language therapy, body and communication, body and professional formation. The results of the research evidence the consonance between speech-language therapy conception/acting and the corporatism principles. As a result of this work, it is possible to understand that the subjects conceive the human body and its dimensions: Physical, biologic, psychic, emotional, social, cultural, among others, which exists in the relationship with oneself, with the other and with the world, so the subject can promote a change around him and can also allow himself to be transformed.
