Resumo
Este trabalho visa analisar as transformações jurídicas das relações de trabalho, decorrente das mudanças dos processos de produção industrial ocorridas no século XX. Observamos a pressão das mudanças econômicas, políticas e sociais causadas pela globalização e os efeitos da informática e telecomunicações ocasionadas pela revolução tecnológica. O estudo se detém nas questões referentes ao fordismo e ao toyotismo, considerando as conseqüências de um modelo de produção flexível nas relações de trabalho.
Abstract
This paper is aimed at analyzing the legal changes in labor relations, result of changes in industrial production processes occurred in the 20th century. We find that social, politics and economics changes brought by globalization and a technological revolution results, built on the computers and telecommunications. This study deals with the issues of Fordism and Japanization, taking into consideration the consequences of lean production model in work relations.
