Resumo
Tomando por premissa que a Associação Brasileira de Enfermagem (ABEn), tem exercido importante papel na formulação de diretrizes e práticas, com vistas à formação de enfermeiros no Brasil, esta investigação busca conhecer e analisar os posicionamentos da ABEn sobre o ensino de Enfermagem no Brasil, expressos nos pronunciamentos dos SENADEn's. São focadas particularmente as orientações para a elaboração de projetos pedagógicos dos cursos superiores de enfermagem, tendo em vista o novo modelo de ensino para a área, que deve levar em conta o equilíbrio entre excelência técnica e relevância social. Para o desenvolvimento do estudo foram analisados os documentos finais de todos os Senaden´s patrocinados pela ABEn. O suporte teórico para o desenvolvimento da pesquisa é o materialismo histórico, tomando-se as categorias historicidade, totalidade e contradições como referência para levantamento e análise dos dados pretendidos. O estudo evidencia que o papel da ABEn tem sido o de contribuir para dinamizar a articulação e as parcerias entre os participantes do SENADEn's, como elemento problematizador em torno do objetivo central de formação do enfermeiro no Brasil, permitindo construir novos conhecimentos contribuindo para reorientar propósitos e metas possibilitando a aproximação e dialogo entre os diversos segmentos responsáveis pela formação do enfermeiro em seus três níveis de formação, médio graduação e pós graduação.
Abstract
Taking for premise that the Brazilian Nursing Association (ABEn), has exerted an important role in the formulation of directives and practices, with an aim to the formation of nurses in Brazil, this inquiry seeks to understand and to analyze the positioning of the ABEn on Nursing Education in Brazil, Expressed in the uprisings of the SENADEn's. The orientations for the elaboration of pedagogical projects of the superior nursing courses are particularly focused, in view of the new model of education for the area, which must take into account the balance between technical excellence and social relevance. For the development of the study, the final documents of all the SENADEn's sponsored by the ABEn were analyzed. The theoretical support for the development of the research is the historical materialism, having historicity, totality and contradictions as categories and as reference for survey and analyzes of the intended data. The study shows that the ABEn's role has been as contributor in order to give dynamism to the articulation and partnership between the SENADEn's participants, as a complication element around the main objective being Nursing graduation in Brazil, allowing to build new knowledge which contributes to reorient intentions and goals, making the approach and dialogues between the diverse responsible segments for the graduation of the Nurse in its three levels of formation possible, middle graduation and post graduation.
