Resumo
A integração entre Tecnologia de Informação (TI) e processos de negócios, constitui em um dos maiores desafios do atual contexto tecnológico, no qual empresas e organizações buscam, na TI, a disponibilização para o suporte eficaz da extração e a disseminação de conhecimento no ambiente corporativo. A visão sobre a implementação de tecnologias está presente desde a concepção do sistema de informação, envolvendo um contexto amplo com início precedente ao desenvolvimento da aplicação tecnológica e, que abrange principalmente o domínio e a representação do conhecimento. O objetivo deste trabalho consistiu em realizar um estudo empírico comparativo entre as metodologias de especificação de software, de forma a possibilitar a integração de modelos de dados, de processos e de conhecimentos de negócios; identificando os principais requisitos de modo a se obter uma maior captura e disseminação do conhecimento de negócios em ambientes reais.
Abstract
The integration among Information Technology (IT) and business-oriented processes constitute in one of the largest challenges of the current technological context, which enterprises and organizations expected, on IT, the disponibilization for the effective support of the extraction and spread of the knowledge in the corporate atmosphere. The vision about the implementation of technologies is present since the conception of the information system, involving a wide context, with precedent beginning to the technological application development, and that includes the domain and the representation of the knowledge mainly. The objective of this work consisted of accomplishing a comparative study among the methodologies of software specification for the integration of data models, business-oriented processes and business knowledge, identifying the main requirements to the development of a model that provides a larger capture of the knowledge in real atmospheres of businesses.
