Resumo
Este estudo, em forma de textos, pretende caracterizar a vida da Comunidade Negra Agroflorestal Quilombo Ivaporunduva, localizada no Vale do Ribeira, no Estado de São Paulo, focando a evolução histórica e a organização social e territorial dessa população inserida num contexto rural, em condições de subdesenvolvimento no que diz respeito ao acesso/ou dificuldade de acesso aos direitos sociais. Com elementos que caracterizam a pesquisa etnográfica, a investigação traz fragmentos do processo histórico, narrados pelos próprios quilombolas, acerca da constituição de Ivaporunduva e descreve como a comunidade tem se articulado para enfrentar questões políticas, sociais e econômicas que permitam avanços do desenvolvimento local. Concluiu-se que as relações que os quilombolas de Ivaporunduva mantêm com outras organizações sociais e o modo como se articulam em defesa de seu território são ações que os constituem como sujeitos de sua história junto com o outro, e essas práticas são compreendidas como práticas educativas.
Abstract
This study, in text, aims to characterize the life of the Black Agroforestry Community Quilombo Ivaporunduva, it is located in Vale Ribeira, São Paulo State, focusing historical evolution and social and territorial organization of this population inserted in the rural context, in conditions of underdevelopment, with regard to access or difficulty of access to social rights. With elements that characterize ethnographic research brings fragments of the historical process, narrated by their own, about the constitution of Ivaporunduva and describes how the community has been articulated to confront the political, social and economic questions that allow advances of local development. It was concluded that the relations of maroon of Ivaporunduva keep with other social organizations and how they articulate in defense their territory are actions that constitute them as subjects of their history along with the other and these practices are understood as educational practices.
