Resumo
O presente trabalho discorre sobre o acidente do trabalho e seu processo histórico legislativo, abordando seus meandros que envolveram a edição das normas relacionadas à proteção dos direitos do cidadão. A riqueza de detalhes que a história oferece, demonstrando que a seguridade social é um dos mais complexos sistemas, pois envolve além de políticas sociais, um pacto de solidariedade entre gerações. A
evolução chegou a um patamar nunca experimentado, com a experiência de um constitucionalismo voltado aos direitos sociais. Para tanto, leva o leitor, a ingressar na história, mostrando como tudo ocorreu e as idas e vindas da proteção ao trabalhador acidentado.
Abstract
This paper discusses the work accident and his legislative record process, addressing its intricacies surrounding the issue of standards related to protection of the rights of citizens. The wealth of detail that gives the story, showing that Social Security is one of the most complex systems, it involves in addition to social policies, a pact of solidarity between generations. The evolution has reached a level never
experienced with the experience of a constitutionalism facing social rights. To this end, leads the reader to join the historical, showing how it occurred and the comings and goings of our protection to the injured worker.
