Resumo
A presente pesquisa estuda as transformações econômicas experimentadas pelo sistema de reprodução capitalista e suas implicações para as relações de trabalho. Trata, na realidade, da modificação do modo de trabalho, o que gerou a concepção do modo de produção enquanto ciência capaz de aperfeiçoar o processo de trabalho, de forma que o objetivo final é a lucratividade acima de tudo, sem ocupar-se das consequências para a vida e do trabalho do operário. A pesquisa demonstrou que, ao longo dos anos, o capital visa cada vez mais à maximização dos lucros sobre a redução dos custos, o que leva o tema a abordar as políticas neoliberais que influenciaram os governos estatais nos anos 90 e originaram a teoria da flexibilização das leis trabalhistas, o que visava à redução de direitos conquistados pelos trabalhadores, sob o pretexto do desenvolvimento econômico.
Diante desse fenômeno, que conclama a regulação do direito pelas partes envolvidas, o estudo evoca o direito coletivo do trabalho, uma vez que o sindicato é o ente capaz de se colocar em condições de negociação com uma empresa.
A pesquisa trata dos envolvimentos das oscilações econômicas sobre as relações de trabalho nos bancos, uma vez que a categoria bancária foi uma das mais afetadas pela reestruturação produtiva, inclusive com forte influência e intervenção do poder público, que esteve atrelado aos interesses econômicos da classe dominante.
Assim, o objetivo final do presente trabalho é dimensionar quais os desafios e o papel político na defesa dos interesses da classe trabalhadora.
Abstract
This research studies the economic transformations experienced by the system of capitalist reproduction and its implications for labor relations. Is actually the change in the way of work, which led to the design of the production process as a science able to optimize the work process so that the ultimate goal is profitability above all without mind the consequences for life and the work of the worker.
The research showed that over the years, the capital is increasingly aimed at maximizing profit on cost reduction, which takes the issue to address neo-liberal policies that have influenced state governments in the years 1990 and originated the theory of relaxation of labor laws aimed at reducing the rights gained by workers under the guise of economic development.
While in this phenomenon, which calls for the regulation of law by the parties themselves evokes the study of the collective right of labor, since the union is being able to equalize conditions for negotiating with a company. The research addresses the implications of economic fluctuations on employment relationships in banking networks, since outside of the categories most affected by the restructuring process, including a strong influence and intervention of public power that was tied to the economic interests of the ruling class. Thus, the ultimate goal of this work is to scale what challenges and political role in defending the interests of the working class.
