Resumo
Este trabalho aborda o tema das alternativas de destino dos óleos
lubrificantes usados e as conseqüentes implicações de cada uma em relação a diversos aspectos, com ênfase nos aspectos econômicos e nos processos produtivos, comparando as sistemáticas adotadas no Brasil com as de outros países da Europa e Estados Unidos. A alternativa de destino do óleo lubrificante usado mais discutida no trabalho é o rerrefino.
O estudo baseia-se em pesquisa bibliográfica e em estudo de casos em duas rerrefinadoras. Propõe, ao final, nova metodologia de coleta
de óleos lubrificantes usados, priorizando os aspectos regionais, como forma de viabilizar o empreendimento dos que atuam no setor.
Abstract
This theasis approaches the theme of the alternatives of destiny of
the used lubricating oils and the consequent implications of each one in relation to several aspects, with emphasis in the economic aspects and in the productive processes, comparing the systematic ones adopted in Brazil with the the systematic adopted in another countries of Europe and North America. The alternative of destiny of the used lubricating oil more discussed in the theasis is the re-refining process.
The study is based on bibliographical research and in study of
cases in two re-refining companies. It proposes, at the end, new methodology of collection of used lubricating oils, prioritizing the regional aspects, as form of making possible the enterprise of those who works in this area.
