Resumo
O presente estudo teve como objetivo reforçar o tema Cooperação Universidade-Empresa ao investigar esse processo quando ocorre entre cursos de tecnologia e micro e pequenas empresas, a partir do CEETEPS - Centro Estadual de Educação Tecnológica Paula Souza, verificando como o estágio supervisionado contribui com a indissociabilidade entre ensino,
pesquisa e extensão. Elaborou-se um conjunto de recomendações que podem ser apresentadas como subsídios a outras instituições de ensino superior que se relacionam com as micro e pequenas empresas. O estudo se caracteriza por uma pesquisa qualitativa, exploratória, tendose
adotado, numa primeira etapa, procedimentos com base em dados secundários e análise documental para a construção do referencial teórico. Na segunda etapa do estudo foi selecionada a Faculdade de Tecnologia de Praia Grande como objeto de investigação, a partir
da realização de entrevistas junto aos alunos estagiários em Micro e Pequena Empresa; aos professores orientadores responsáveis pelo acompanhamento do estágio supervisionado, e representantes de micro e pequenas empresas do setor de informática/negócios, buscando
conhecer e analisar os métodos utilizados na cooperação IES-MPE´s por meio do Estágio Supervisionado. Na terceira etapa do estudo, utilizou-se pesquisa do tipo Focus Group, selecionando-se três professores orientadores do estágio supervisionado para entender como
os conhecimentos adquiridos por meio do estágio supervisionado podem contribuir para melhorar o processo ensino-aprendizagem dentro da sala de aula. Ao concluir-se o estudo, foi possível apontar contribuições para a indissociabilidade entre ensino, pesquisa e extensão, ao
verificar-se que o papel da universidade é muito mais amplo do que o de fornecer à empresa profissionais competentes que auxiliem em suas atividades, já que a cooperação com o setor produtivo e a intensificação desse relacionamento contribuem para o processo de inovação tecnológica ao propiciarem a transferência de conhecimentos entre as partes.
Abstract
This study aimed to intensify the theme Cooperation University-Enterprise to investigate this process when it occurs between technology courses and micro and small enterprises, starting
from CEETEPS - State Center for Technological Education Paula Souza, seeing how the supervised training contributes to the connection between teaching, research and extension. It was developed a set of recommendations that can be given as grants to other institutions of
higher education that are related to micro and small enterprises. The study is characterized as qualitative, exploratory, and it was adopted as a first step, procedures based on secondary data and documentary analysis for the construction of the theoretical framework. In the second stage of the study it was selected the Praia Grande College of Technology as the object of research, through interviews with students trainee in Micro and Small Enterprise; teachers advisers responsible for monitoring the supervised training, and representatives of micro and
small companies in the IT/business, seeking to understand and analyze the methods used in the cooperation IES-MPE's through Supervised Training. In the third part of the study, it was used Focus Group research, selecting three teachers that act as training supervisor to
understanding how the knowledge acquired through supervised training can cooperate with the improvement of the teaching-learning process in the classroom. At conclusion of the study it was possible to identify contributions to the indissociability among teaching, research and
extension, and it was found that the role of the university is much larger than to afford competent professionals to help enterprises in their activities, since that cooperation with the productive sector and the intensification of this relationship contribute to the process of
technological innovation while fomenting transference of knowledge between the parties.
